Read the result, step by step

1 · Trace the thermal path

A 30-cell equivalent anisotropic block conducts through a titanium casing and two bonded interface layers into upper and lower cold plates. The second plate receives water warmed by the first.

2 · Distinguish the cut from the volume

The map is a Y = 0 section of the 3D FE result. Material selection reveals the battery, casing, interfaces, plates or coolant. Its triangle-average maximum differs slightly from the full-volume nodal peak plotted below.

3 · Read transient heat storage

At 3,600 seconds the full-module peak is 63.50°C while the outlet is 27.80°C. The coolant removes about 194.60 W of the 300 W input at that instant; heat is still accumulating. A low outlet temperature does not mean a cool battery interior.

Data, CAD & traceability

These controls inspect retained numerical results. They do not rerun the solver when you move a control. The manifest records file sizes and SHA-256 hashes. All four studies remain preliminary and unvalidated.
